Emme Wood is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Craniosacral Therapy Practitioner, Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Karuna Reiki Practitioner.
Emme obtained her education abroad at the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy (the premier study abroad massage program based out of Denver, Colorado) where she had the privilege of studying leading edge modalities and techniques from some of the top bodywork innovators and educators in the United States.
Her specialty is intuitively blending a variety of therapeutic techniques from Esalen Massage, The Lauterstein Method of Deep Massage, Zero Balancing,Deep Bodywork Massage, Dynamic Cupping, Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy to create a personalized treatment session catered to her client’s specific needs.
Emme is passionate about the Healing Arts and continually expands her knowledge and skills by regularly attending continuing education courses in the field of Deep Bodywork Massage, Craniosacral Therapy and Energy Healing at premier educational institutions such as the Esalen Institute and the Upledger Institute.
She takes a holistic approach to health and wellness, recognizing the inseparable connection between Mind, Body, and Spirit offering support and education to her clients to help achieve overall well-being in their day to day life.
